Application:

The furnace is the vertical structure with the semi-continuous operational mode.

It is suitable for melting and casting the high temperature metal alloy under the condition of the vacuum

and protective atmosphere. Special water cooling copper crucible also suitable for melting magnesium alloy.

Features:

1.The furnace consists of main feeding chamber, melting chamber and casting chamber.

2.Main feeding chamber, alloy feeder and temperature measuring stirring rod are installed on the furnace cover,

one of them can be chosen by the rotary tower.

3.Middle of furnace is melting chamber which is made of induction coil and rotary electrode.

4.The bottom of furnace is made up of casting chamber and lifting apparatus.

5.Each chamber is sealed by a vacuum valve.
